40-foot Portable Building Floor Plans
Colorado Floor Plan (40'):
- Uses the entire container for work space.
- Provides you an additional 300 square feet of portable work space.
- An optional wall can be added in the middle of the container to allow you to separate the building into two 150 square foot areas.
Brazos Floor Plan (40'):
- Uses the entire container for office space.
- Provides you an additional 300 square feet of portable work space.
- Features two personnel doors to allow for dual access into both sections of the building, increasing privacy and convenience.
- We recommended a divider wall for this floor plan.
Llano Floor Plan (40'):
- Designed for those who need both work space and storage space all in one container.
- The office space has easy access through a personnel door.
- The storage area can be accessed through either the cargo doors or through a door from the office.
- Storage area extends 25 feet, allowing for easy storage of 20 foot items (pipes, etc.).
Blanco Floor Plan (40'):
- Features a conference room and two private offices.
- This layout is ideal for those needing some privacy but also a central meeting area in one building.
- We provide two access doors, one into the conference room and one into a private office, for your convenience.
